Tumpeng is a kind of traditional dish that is usually served in ceremonies. It consists of a cone of rice and toppings such as veggies, hard boiled eggs, fried tofu, and fried tempe. It can be served for more than 10 people.

Soto Ayam

This food is called soto ayam. It is a kind of chicken soup, and you eat it with rice. There are many kinds of soto in Indonesia, and this one is the typical soto ayam of Semarang. The picture was taken  at Soto Pak No, one of the most famous soto restaurants in Semarang.

Fried Oxtail

I like it.. :P It usually served with the soup (so it called: Sop Buntut Goreng or Fried Oxtail Soup) that contains of some vegetables, plus “sambal” (chili sauce). :D
