Tire Repair Services

Tire repair services are easily found along the streets in Semarang. Good service, affordable price. Tire problem wouldn’t be such a big deal. :)
PS: the picture is not of a good quality, since i took it with my camera phone when i had my tire fixed. :D
Ride My Bike

A smiling biker in his Javanese traditional costume. Hundreds of bikers rode many kinds of bicycles to participate in the Fun Bike event last Sunday, June 15, 2008.
This event was held to celebrate the second anniversary of a CDMA telecommunication company in Semarang and as a campaign for saving energy and “Go Green” things.

Becak and Taxi

Two modes of transportation, modern and traditional, side by side.
Becak (a kind of pedicab) can easily be found in Semarang and most cities in Java.
Taxis are easy to find and seem to be more convenient too, but becaks will never lose their place here. Cheap, pollutant-free, becaks continue to exist as the traditional mode of transportation n Indonesia.
Oil Vendor

An Oil Vendor pass on the front of Marba Building.
He provides oil (kerosene) to the peoples who live in the entire Old City area.
